Appointments

As the client, you are responsible for remembering all scheduled appointments. Although we do our best to remind all of our clients the day before via text and/or email.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a timely start for your session and to allow time for a current health and/or skin care intake. 

This allows time for necessary paperwork, discussion of any changes in your health or medical history as well as skin care regimen updates.

Cancellation/Late Policy

We require 24-hour advanced notice when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours' notice you will be responsible for 50% of the amount of your scheduled services. The no show fee will be charged to your card on file & must be paid prior to your next schedule appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other appointments following yours.

Illness

Massage Therapy greatly influences the circulatory system and can exacerbate illness. In the case of an illness please reschedule your massage therapy, spa or salon appointment for the health and wellness of others receiving services. Please give as much notice as possible in the event that you are ill. If giving less than 24 hours' notice, payment for scheduled services will be left up to the discretion of your service provider.

Payment

Payment is due at the time professional services are rendered. doSPA & Salon accepts cash, check, credit and debit cards. A $20 fee will be charged for insufficient funds on all returned checks.

Gift Certificates/Package Cards

Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They are purchased from dōSPA & Salon they are not for a specific service or provider. However, we will do our best to accommodate requests for a particular service provider as time and scheduling allows. Gift certificates and package cards are not redeemable for cash. We require 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Failure to do so will result in a 50% deduction of scheduled services from the gift unless a credit card is on file to be charged.

Right of Refusal/Termination of session 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any inappropriate behavior and/or use of alcohol and/or drugs will result in termination of the session and professional relationship with the client.
